The purchase agreement, which is expected to be sealed anytime soon, complies with all the conditions set by the US Department of Justice. The tentative purchase agreement is awaiting the approval of the shareholders and if everything comes down as planned, the beleaguered players of the online casinos of Full Tilt Poker will finally get their long-delayed refunds.
