A UK Based Agency Has Received A Contract To Produce A New Appearance
A new look is planned early this coming year, for BetDirect, which is the online sportsbook that has been purchased by 32Red.com from Sportech during the early part of this year. The sale price was GBP 12 million.
32 Red marketing head, Matt Booth, has given the job of upgrading the appearance of sportsbook BetDirect and finding a new way to present it as a brand, to the UK located agency, Pepper, after hearing a three-way pitch that was offered for attaining the business. Booth says that by working with Pepper, his company will be directing its efforts toward the creation of a unique brand that is designed to create long-lasting relationships with both a new and with the existing customer base.
Pepper is planning to direct its efforts toward the creation of an entirely new identity for the sports-betting concern and toward the development of a strategy for communications that is directed at improving awareness of the site. They are planning a 2007 date for completion of their efforts of reactivation along with improved customer relations management.
