A Limited Deal Signed By Limited Mobile Gaming Solutions Plc And Bowmans Holdings Limited

Online gaming group Bowmans Holdings is about to be acquired by Limited Mobile Gaming Solutions plc. This according to a recent press release.  Limited Mobile Gaming Solutions plc is the technology and service provider for mobile and interactive TV gaming. No amount for the purchase was named.

An agreement was reached by the two companies on August 10th. The merger is still subject to approval by Limited Mobile Gaming Solutions plc shareholders before the deal can be finalized.

Under use of the hansagaming brand, Bowman Holdings has pioneered online gaming along with other related services. Its efforts today are mainly being directed at Asian, South African, and European online poker, casino and bookmaking operators. Those that have their main offices in Isle of Man, Mauritius and Curacao.

Through this recent merger, Limited Mobile Gaming Solutions plc is enabled to approach new regional markets and customer groups along with distribution channels, and in addition to further develop its gaming solutions program that it has already established within the SMS gaming market. Limited Mobile Gaming Solutions plc also plans to utilize the R&D capacities and expertise that is available in both of the companies, and in this way act to improve its efficiency in the area of product development and in that of pre-launch testing. It is projected by that no later than the beginning of 2008 there will be the results of Limited Mobile Gaming Solutions plc positive impacts on turnover and performance as expected.
Limited Mobile Gaming Solutions plc CEO Juha Kiikeri has said that his company is very happy with the new agreement since Bowman Holdings is a well known company in the gaming industry. He projects that both companies will benefit greatly from this deal, and not just financially.
Kiikeri also says that he believes that the combined wealth of experience will result in a significant positive impact on both companies. Since Bowman Holdings operates as a licensed provider of online gaming solutions, Kiikeri believes that his company benefits since it meets their business profile and complements it perfectly. He says that they have been able to establish themselves in the industry as an integrated 'One Stop Shop' meaning that they are able to provide both online and mobile gaming solutions. The merger Kiikeri believes, will allow his company Limited Mobile Gaming Solutions plc to further develop their innovative gaming products.

Kiikeri sees Bowman Holdings gaming operations as a perfect real live testing environment for the many new products that MGS is developing.
