CryptoLogic views the financial expert as no stranger
Cryptologic, the developer of gaming software and turnkey provider from Dublin has declared that it has appointed to the board of directors a new member. No stranger to the firm, Stephen Freedhoff, was the audit committee’s previous chairman.
Bringing to CrytoLogic’s executive management experience encompassing some thirty years as a partner in one of the biggest accountancy firms in Canada; Freedhoff, who is also a certified financial planner and chartered accountant.
The independent director job held before by Brian Hadfield who last week was nominated CryptoLogic’s president and CEO, has now taken over by Freedhoff.
According to CryptoLogic’s chairman, Bob Stikeman, by assisting in providing both oversight and insight, Stephen Freedhoff will help CrytoLogic in pursuing its world growth strategy, while making certain that its shareholders get accountability and value.
