New Money Man For Betinternet

The Isle of Man based betting group Betinternet.com plc has appointed FCCA Damon Waddington to be a part of its senior management team and to act as its Financial Controller.

Waddington has been a qualified chartered accountant since 1996. He moved from London to the Isle of Man in 1997. Previously he was the Financial Controller for Mees Pierson Intertrust, Isle of Man, which serves as a subsidiary of Fortis bank.

Betinternet.com's managing director, Garry Knowles, is reported as stating that he is delighted that Waddington has joined Betinternet.com and will serve as its Financial Controller. He notes that his wealth of financial experience, will serve to make him a key player in being a support to the future development of both the company’s parimutuel and sportsbook operations.
