Message Boards Rumors *
Apparently Phoenician Casino had RTG software originally and changed over at some point. RTG casinos often get a bad deal on the message boards and Phoenician had some comments about past issues with bonuses. Apparently they sent players an email regarding a bonus and Live Chat said they weren't enabled to the bonus, when ultimately the bonus was given automatically to people's accounts. The whole debacle was kind of confusing, but not the worst in the world, just a small problem with the communication channels inside the casino. In the end the bonus was waiting for the guy in his bonus account and Live Chat was wrong. Other than that all of the comments regarding Phoenician were wonderful.

Personal Conclusion
They have a nice bonus selection combined with tournaments and drawings. It's a good balance for a regular player. I didn't like the lack of information regarding the loyalty points, but I suppose I can look past that. According to the message boards their management is quite generous regarding points and drawing winnings. They changed from RTG to Microgaming (most likely to avoid RTG's flailing reputation). I think they are worth a chance and would definitely game there.
